If the article has only a few threads:
Select "Create thread" at the bottom of the article page to open the thread creation page.
If the article already has many threads:
If an article has multiple threads, select "View all" at the bottom of the article page to open the thread list.
Select "Create thread" in the upper-right corner of the thread list to open the thread creation page.
