To report problematic conduct, you need to log in to your pixiv account. After logging in, select the user you would like to report from the edit history or comments section, and jump to their profile page.
If you would like to report a user who engages in inappropriate conduct to the pixiv office, click the "..." button at the top of the user's profile page and select "Report a problem" to contact us.
